FWD Life Insurance Corporation is looking for a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to partner directly with our Chief Officer of Marketing & Digital Commerce. In this pivotal role, you will act as the strategic right-hand, bridging the gap between high-level executive decision-making and day-to-day marketing operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chief Officer and internal/external stakeholders, managing complex calendars and communication flow.
- Proactively manage high-priority marketing projects, tracking milestones and ensuring alignment with digital commerce objectives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, executive reports, and board-level documentation.
- Facilitate efficient decision-making processes by conducting research, synthesizing information, and providing actionable insights.
- Coordinate and lead departmental meetings, ensuring agenda items are met and action items are tracked to completion.
- Oversee special projects as assigned, acting as a liaison between the Marketing team and other business units.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information with the highest level of integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a fast-paced marketing, digital, or financial services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask under tight deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive 'can-do' mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and administrative process improvement.
