Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all branch locations.
- Manage and supervise external contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and corporate standards.
- Oversee renovation and refurbishment projects, managing budgets and timelines effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports regarding branch maintenance costs and asset inventory.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and troubleshoot facility-related operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with regional managers to optimize branch layout and functionality to enhance customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or branch operations, preferably within the banking or retail sector.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security systems).
- Proficient in MS Office and facility management software.
- Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to travel between branch locations as required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage operational budgets effectively.
