In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing key relationships with corporate clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for our group insurance products, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific workforce needs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base in the group insurance sector.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new corporate accounts and mid-market clients through proactive outreach and networking.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the employee benefits landscape.
- Present comprehensive insurance proposals and product demonstrations to decision-makers, effectively articulating value propositions.
- Collaborate closely with the underwriting and claims teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of insurance policies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market activities to inform management strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong working knowledge of group insurance products, employee benefits schemes, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CII, IIA) are highly desirable.
- Valid Singapore work pass and eligibility to work full-time.
