Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end contract administration for ongoing construction projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, feasibility studies, and budgetary plans.
- Conduct thorough tender evaluations and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee progress claims, site valuations, and variation order management to ensure project profitability.
- Liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
- Monitor and report on project costs vs. budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration or quantity surveying, preferably within the property development or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT, FIDIC).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and construction project management software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
