Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate healthcare operations and strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle planning, execution, and monitoring for healthcare-related projects
- Develop work plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for healthcare initiatives
- Prepare and manage budgets for healthcare projects, ensuring financial accountability
- Provide secretariat support for healthcare committees and leadership meetings
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including healthcare providers, management, and external partners
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare coordination and project management
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations, strategy, and industry regulations
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Proven experience in budgeting and financial management for healthcare projects
