Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making processes
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure consistency across reports
- Develop and implement effective reporting systems to enhance financial transparency and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections for the organization
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
- Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process and address any findings or recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are highly desirable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate reporting, financial analysis, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (FRS) and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with experience in ERP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify trends
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and documentation
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
