In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the regulatory compliance and operational excellence of our corporate governance structures.
We are looking for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of the Companies Act and regulatory requirements in Singapore. You will be responsible for maintaining statutory records, preparing board resolutions, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our corporate secretarial operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update statutory registers and minute books in compliance with the Companies Act.
- Prepare board and general meeting minutes, resolutions, and notices.
- Handle ACRA filings and ensure timely submission of statutory returns.
- Provide secretarial support to the Board of Directors and senior management teams.
- Manage the maintenance of corporate records and documentation systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and compliance audits as required.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, or a recognized Corporate Secretarial qualification (e.g., SAICSA/ICSA).
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in a corporate secretarial role.
- Proficiency in the Companies Act and Singapore listing manual requirements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
