Are you an experienced professional looking to advance your career in the insurance sector? MSIG is seeking a dedicated Senior Executive (Credit Insurance) to support the administration and servicing of our growing Credit Insurance portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate issuance of policies, invoices, and documentation for both direct and Japanese corporate clients.
As part of our dynamic team, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and resolving complex inquiries. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a multinational environment, leveraging your skills to drive efficiency and excellence in underwriting and claims management.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Credit Insurance policies and renewals.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of policies, invoices, and certificates of insurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Direct and Japanese Corporate clients.
- Process and service claims efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with internal underwriting and claims teams to resolve client issues.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Credit Insurance or General Insurance.
- Strong knowledge of Japanese Corporate clients and market dynamics is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese (if applicable).
- Proficiency in MS Office and industry-standard insurance software systems.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
