  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end handling of customer complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Analyze complaint data and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on complaint metrics, service quality, and operational performance for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Claims, Operations, IT) to implement process improvements and enhance customer experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing best practices in complaint management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies related to customer complaints and service standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to foster a customer-centric culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, complaint handling, or customer engagement, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems.
