Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate clinical performance dashboards for the Division of Medicine.
- Analyze healthcare datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical leads to translate complex data requirements into clear, understandable reports.
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.
- Support the preparation of periodic management reports and clinical audits for executive review.
- Assist in the implementation of data-related projects and digital transformation initiatives within the division.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide data-backed recommendations for patient care improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex clinical datasets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
