Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing Direct and Japanese Corporate accounts to ensure high retention rates.
- Provide expert advisory services regarding general insurance products and customized policy solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments for underwriting, claims processing, and policy administration to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations, renewals, and policy documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Attend to client inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the team in business development initiatives and expansion efforts within the Japanese corporate segment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in corporate account management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Japanese is highly advantageous to support our Japanese corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Marine, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex tasks under tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
