In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by managing key corporate accounts and fostering relationships with Japanese enterprises in Singapore. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Japanese corporate clients in Singapore
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of insurance products and solutions
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product offerings to provide expert advice
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management, preferably in the insurance industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken) is essential
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the Singapore insurance market and regulatory framework
