We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive for our Direct & Japanese Corporate department. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of direct corporate clients and Japanese corporate accounts, ensuring high retention rates.
- Facilitate the end-to-end policy administration process, including quotations, renewals, and endorsements for general insurance products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing technical advice on coverage options and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with the Japanese Business Department to align strategies for regional corporate clients.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery and competitive pricing.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding portfolio performance and market trends.
- Ensure all business activities comply with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and internal compliance policies.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within the existing corporate database to expand the business footprint.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Professional insurance qualifications such as BCP, PGI, and ComGI are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general insurance, specifically in corporate account management or business development.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese corporate culture and business etiquette is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail in policy documentation.
