Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of corporate clients, specifically within the Japanese corporate segment.
- Provide comprehensive support for underwriting processes, policy renewals, and account documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess risk profiles and propose tailored insurance products.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Claims, Finance, and Underwriting to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through prompt communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for management on account performance and market trends.
- Support the team in business development initiatives to expand MSIG's market share in the commercial sector.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a corporate service role.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is highly preferred to effectively manage our Japanese corporate accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently in English and Japanese.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial lines of insurance (e.g., Property, Liability, Marine).
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing collaborative team.
