Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of Japanese corporate clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Prepare and review comprehensive insurance proposals, policy documentation, and renewal invitations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy administration and efficient claims coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing expert advice on insurance coverage and risk mitigation.
- Conduct regular service reviews to ensure alignment with corporate clients' evolving business needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide value-added insights to management.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate MSIG's value proposition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in corporate account management.
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) is highly preferred to support our Japanese corporate accounts.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
