In this pivotal role, you will leverage your fluency in Japanese and deep understanding of Japanese business culture to build lasting relationships with key corporate stakeholders. You will work closely with our underwriting and claims teams to develop comprehensive insurance programs that protect businesses and drive growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with corporate decision-makers
- Coordinate with underwriting teams to ensure accurate risk assessment and competitive pricing
- Monitor client portfolios and implement retention strategies to minimize lapses and increase customer lifetime value
- Provide expert guidance on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting Japanese corporate clients
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management within the insurance industry
- Native or business-level Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) with ability to communicate effectively with Japanese clients
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, etiquette, and corporate decision-making processes
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Singapore driving license is preferred
