In this pivotal role, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering long-term business relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow the portfolio of Direct & Japanese Corporate clients through proactive relationship management.
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored insurance solutions to meet client requirements.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure efficient processing of applications.
- Prepare and review contracts, policies, and renewal documentation with high attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complex client inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector, preferably within a corporate or direct sales environment.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language is highly desirable (JLPT N2/N1 preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications and insurance management systems.
