This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive professional to manage key client relationships and drive business growth within our corporate division.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between MSIG and our Japanese corporate clients. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, tailoring insurance solutions to meet specific client needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and cultivate relationships with Japanese corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their insurance needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and retention within the Japanese corporate sector.
- Analyze client requirements and provide tailored proposals for general insurance products, including property, casualty, and liability coverage.
- Coordinate closely with underwriting and claims teams to ensure efficient processing of policies and claims.
- Prepare and review contracts, renewals, and policy endorsements with high attention to detail.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to strengthen MSIG's brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically within the General Insurance or Corporate line.
- Fluency in Japanese (Business level) and English is essential for this role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with senior executives.
- Proven track record in account management and client relationship management.
- Self-motivated with a strong sales drive and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
