- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain Japanese corporate clients in Singapore
- Cultivate high-value relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at Japanese multinational corporations
- Design and present customized insurance solutions covering property, liability, and specialty risks
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Japanese corporate sector
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
- Represent MSIG at industry events and networking functions to strengthen market presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or account management
- Proven track record of selling insurance or financial solutions to Japanese corporations
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English (verbal/written)
- Strong understanding of Singapore's regulatory framework and insurance market dynamics
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value client portfolios
