- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Japanese corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Japanese corporate sector
- Prepare and present customized insurance solutions aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and client satisfaction metrics
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales or account management
- Fluency in both English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and practices
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
