MSIG Singapore is currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Senior Executive to join our Direct & Japanese Corporate team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with Japanese corporate clients, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients and business partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate segment
- Provide expert consultation on insurance solutions tailored to client requirements
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to develop competitive proposals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely policy issuance and renewal management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate insurance
- Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Experience working with Japanese companies or in a Japanese corporate environment is advantageous
