Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and nurture relationships with key Japanese corporate clients to drive revenue growth
- Lead end-to-end insurance sales cycle including needs assessment, solution design, and policy negotiation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics for stakeholder review
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and key clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate insurance sales or account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets with Japanese corporate clients
- Fluency in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex insurance products
- Professional insurance certification (e.g., CIP, ACII) preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
