Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Japanese corporate clients and decision-makers
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for direct commercial insurance products
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and presentations for corporate clients
- Mentor junior team members while achieving sales targets
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in corporate insurance sales with Japanese market exposure
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Fluency in English and Japanese (business level required)
- Deep understanding of Singapore's insurance regulatory framework
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools
- CII or equivalent insurance certification preferred
