As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a Senior Executive, Direct & Japanese Corporate to join our dynamic team.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key liaison for our Japanese corporate clientele, driving business development and maintaining high standards of client service. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions that align with MSIG’s portfolio. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to navigate cross-cultural business environments effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing Japanese corporate clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate sector to drive revenue growth.
- Provide expert advice on MSIG’s insurance products and services, tailoring solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial insurance landscape.
- Liaise effectively with internal underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Prepare and present regular business reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance the company’s market presence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management within the insurance industry.
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
