We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive, Direct & Japanese Corporate to join our dynamic team in Singapore.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our direct insurance portfolio while building and maintaining strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients. Your key duties will include developing tailored insurance programs, cross-selling products, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also work closely with our underwriting, claims, and risk management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
As the go-to person for Japanese corporate accounts, you will leverage your language skills and cultural understanding to address client needs effectively. You will also play a crucial role in preparing proposals, handling negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand the direct insurance portfolio, ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese corporate clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation within the Japanese corporate segment.
- Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance, corporate sales, or account management.
- Strong command of both English and Japanese (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with Japanese clients.
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Good understanding of general insurance products and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
