Join MSIG, a leading general insurer with a rich history spanning over 100 years in Singapore. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive, Direct & Japanese Corporate to drive our business growth and manage key client relationships.
In this role, you will be the face of MSIG to our Japanese corporate clientele. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our extensive range of commercial insurance products.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective Japanese corporate clients.
- Identify and analyze client needs to recommend appropriate general insurance products and solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract renewal.
- Coordinate closely with internal underwriters and claims teams to resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and contracts in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular market reviews and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably within the Japanese market.
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2/N1 is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, including commercial lines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (EP/S Pass).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
