Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategies to expand MSIG's presence in the Singaporean and Japanese corporate sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements
- Provide tailored insurance solutions to corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met with appropriate coverage
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the Singaporean and Japanese business landscapes and cultures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and Japanese language skills are highly desirable
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is an advantage
