Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key Japanese corporate clients across Singapore
- Design and present tailored insurance solutions addressing complex corporate risk exposures
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless policy implementation and claims resolution
- Prepare comprehensive business reports and financial forecasts for senior management review
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance protocols
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention within the Japanese corporate segment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate insurance or financial services with Japanese market exposure
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) and exceptional English communication skills
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and solution design
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex insurance products and risk scenarios
- Professional certifications (e.g., CII, ACII) or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
