We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive for our Direct & Japanese Corporate division to support our expanding client base. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of MSIG, providing exceptional service and insurance solutions to our corporate partners.
As a Senior Executive, you will manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained while identifying opportunities for business growth. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to deliver tailored insurance coverage that protects businesses against unforeseen risks. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and possesses a deep understanding of the insurance landscape in Singapore.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of existing Direct and Japanese Corporate clients.
- Prepare comprehensive insurance quotations, renewals, and policy documentation with high accuracy.
- Provide expert advice on insurance products and coverage options to meet diverse business needs.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting and claims departments to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate MSIG's value proposition.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a corporate account management role.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Japanese is highly advantageous to serve our Japanese corporate clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- High proficiency in MS Office suite and insurance administrative systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., CGI, ComGI) is highly preferred.
