Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of Direct and Japanese Corporate accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on complex insurance requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to tailor insurance solutions that mitigate specific corporate risks.
- Oversee the end-to-end policy administration process, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular business reviews with stakeholders to align insurance coverage with evolving business needs.
- Resolve client inquiries and claims-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain strong operational synergy with internal departments to facilitate seamless service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a corporate account management role.
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is highly preferred to support our Japanese corporate clients.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products, including Property, Casualty, and Marine lines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate diverse corporate cultures.
- Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
