Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with key Japanese corporate clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Handle direct sales inquiries, prepare customized proposals, and drive business closures.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, claims, and administrative teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate sector.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance and internal risk management policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies for the corporate division.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, or customer service within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Japanese business culture, etiquette, and language is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (or Japanese).
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
