Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing Direct and Japanese Corporate clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify insurance gaps and offer tailored commercial insurance solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive quotations, policy endorsements, and renewals in compliance with internal underwriting guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Claims and Finance, to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to provide strategic insights for business growth.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure all administrative documentation is compliant with regulatory standards.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate value and strengthen partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, specifically in corporate or commercial account servicing.
- Strong command of English and professional proficiency in Japanese (N2/N1 level preferred) to support Japanese Corporate clients.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of Singapore insurance regulations and market practices.
