We are currently looking for a dedicated Senior Executive, Direct & Japanese Corporate to join our dynamic team and bridge the gap between our corporate clients and our Japanese operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key relationships and ensuring the smooth delivery of insurance solutions to our Japanese corporate portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, underwriting support, and policy administration with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with direct clients and Japanese corporate accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process and review corporate insurance proposals, including policy renewals and endorsements, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments such as Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to resolve client queries and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders to understand their evolving insurance needs.
- Prepare accurate correspondence, reports, and presentations in both English and Japanese (as required).
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing corporate accounts to maximize retention and revenue.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, adhering to strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate insurance, banking, or direct sales within a Japanese or multinational environment.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (Business Professional Proficiency) is essential for this role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, including General Insurance and Risk Management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
