We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to join our Direct & Japanese Corporate team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key Japanese corporate clients, managing the full lifecycle of their insurance accounts. Your responsibilities will include handling direct sales inquiries, preparing detailed proposals, and negotiating contracts to secure new business. You will also oversee account renewals and ensure high levels of client retention through exceptional service. Collaborating with internal underwriters and claims teams, you will ensure that client needs are met efficiently and accurately. This position requires a proactive professional with strong cross-cultural communication skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with Japanese corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Handle direct sales inquiries, prepare detailed proposals, and negotiate terms to secure new business.
- Coordinate with underwriters and claims teams to resolve client issues and ensure service excellence.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the Japanese market segment.
- Ensure all client documentation and compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Participate in business development activities, including networking events and industry seminars.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account performance in CRM systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a corporate or direct sales capacity.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (Business Proficiency required).
- Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
