Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of Japanese corporate accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Provide expert advisory on insurance solutions, tailoring coverage to meet specific corporate risk profiles.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, claims coordination, and policy renewals.
- Liaise with internal underwriters and operations teams to facilitate smooth policy administration and timely service delivery.
- Prepare regular reporting, presentation decks, and performance analytics for internal management and external stakeholders.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives to improve service workflows and operational efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with brokers and corporate stakeholders, acting as a brand ambassador for MSIG.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate insurance, account management, or client servicing.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is highly preferred due to the nature of the portfolio.
- Strong understanding of general insurance products and market practices in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
