- Develop and execute business strategies for Japanese corporate clients and direct channel expansion
- Manage high-value client relationships and negotiate complex insurance solutions
- Lead market research to identify emerging opportunities in the Japanese corporate sector
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams for seamless service delivery
- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative, results-driven team environment
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance/financial services with corporate focus
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Fluency in Japanese (verbal and written) and business-level English
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-cultural communication abilities
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIP, Chartered Insurer) highly desirable
