Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably with Japanese corporate clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of insurance products and regulations
- Proficiency in both English and Japanese languages
- Experience in client relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
