- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and nurture Japanese corporate clients
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles for complex commercial insurance products
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in Japanese business sectors
- Collaborate with product teams to design specialized insurance solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic positioning
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate insurance sales with Japanese market exposure
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Professional insurance certifications (e.g., CII, ACII)
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven sales methodologies
