- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand MSIG's corporate insurance footprint in Japanese markets
- Lead negotiations with Japanese corporate clients for complex commercial insurance solutions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver tailored risk management packages
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in Singapore-Japan trade corridors
- Represent MSIG at industry forums and high-level corporate networking events
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Japanese regulatory frameworks affecting insurance
- Prepare quarterly performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or relevant professional certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years' experience in corporate/commercial insurance with Japan market exposure
- Fluency in Japanese (business level) and English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
- Proven track record in developing Japanese corporate client relationships and closing major deals
- Deep understanding of Japanese business etiquette, negotiation styles, and decision-making processes
- Expertise in structuring complex insurance solutions for multinational corporations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and competitive landscapes
