In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our commercial insurance operations, bridging the gap between our specialized Japanese corporate clients and our robust local insurance solutions.
As a Senior Executive, you will manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring they receive the expert guidance and comprehensive coverage necessary to safeguard their business interests. You will work closely with stakeholders to negotiate terms, provide risk assessment support, and deliver exceptional service that defines the MSIG brand. If you possess a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of corporate insurance, and the ability to build long-term relationships, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of Direct and Japanese corporate accounts to drive business retention and growth.
- Prepare and review complex insurance proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and underwriting guidelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert advice on policy renewals, endorsements, and claims navigation.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and technical teams to structure competitive insurance solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate segment.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of MSIG's commercial insurance products.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in commercial or corporate lines.
- Proven ability to manage corporate accounts with a focus on service excellence and relationship building.
- Strong command of English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) to communicate effectively with our Japanese corporate clients.
- Solid understanding of underwriting principles and general insurance products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internal CRM tools.
