- Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum frameworks for healthcare education programs
- Coordinate and execute educational events, workshops, and training sessions for diverse audiences
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote educational programs
- Collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to ensure program alignment with institutional goals
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, implementing improvements based on feedback and metrics
- Manage budgets and resources for educational programs and events
- Stay current with trends in medical education and incorporate best practices into program development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program development, preferably in healthcare or medical education
- Proven experience in event planning and execution, particularly in educational or healthcare settings
- Strong background in marketing communications, with ability to develop compelling content
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze program effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements
