Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for property development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure timely reconciliation of financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports for stakeholders
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures against budgets, and implement cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with project teams to assess financial feasibility of new development opportunities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including audit preparation and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ACCA/CPA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance within property development or construction sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial reporting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in project cost management and budget development
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
