- Manage end-to-end claims processing for property and casualty insurance products within the healthcare vertical
- Investigate complex claims scenarios, determine liability, and recommend fair settlements
- Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline claims workflows and enhance customer experience
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal teams, and stakeholders to resolve disputes

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property & casualty claims management
- Proven expertise in healthcare insurance claims processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with claims management systems and digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) preferred
