Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 5+ years of claims management experience in Property & Casualty insurance
- Specialized knowledge of healthcare insurance claims processing
- Professional certification in claims management (e.g., CPCU, AIC) preferred
- Advanced proficiency in claims management software and digital analytics tools
