We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive/Executive for our Claims Services team, specifically focusing on Property & Casualty (Healthcare). Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end claims processing for Property & Casualty (Healthcare) accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
- Liaise effectively with healthcare providers, policyholders, and third-party administrators to gather necessary documentation and resolve queries.
- Assess claims validity, determine appropriate settlements within policy limits, and negotiate fair resolutions when necessary.
- Utilize digital claims management systems and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency and track case progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong, professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory compliance requirements and internal audit standards throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting and technical teams to resolve complex coverage issues and underwriting guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Insurance, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims handling, specifically within the Property & Casualty or Healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy interpretation, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS guidelines).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record in conflict resolution and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with claims management software (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional certification (e.g., CII, AIC) is highly desirable.
