Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process property and casualty insurance claims with a focus on healthcare sector
- Investigate claim circumstances, determine coverage, and calculate settlements
- Communicate effectively with claimants, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Document claim activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to resolve complex claims
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and claim fraud prevention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in claims management, preferably in property & casualty with healthcare focus
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, regulations, and claim handling procedures
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in claims management software and MS Office applications
- Effective communication skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Certification in insurance or related field is advantageous
