We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Executive/Executive for our Claims Services division, specifically focusing on Property & Casualty (Healthcare). In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in managing and processing claims efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and contribute to our strategic goals of delivering excellence in healthcare coverage.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Property & Casualty claims related to the healthcare sector with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough investigations into claims to determine liability, validity, and extent of coverage.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and facilitate settlements.
- Assess settlement amounts and negotiate claims settlements within pre-defined authority limits.
- Ensure all claims documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant industry regulations.
- Utilize claims management systems to track case progress, update records, and generate reports.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding their claims and policy coverage details.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in claims handling, preferably within Property & Casualty or Healthcare insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy wordings, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of dealing with diverse stakeholders professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims administration software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
