Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process Property & Casualty (Healthcare) claims from notification to final settlement.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine coverage and liability.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, medical providers, and legal counsel.
- Ensure all claims processing adheres to MSIG internal policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and digital claim handling.
- Prepare comprehensive claims reports and analysis for management review.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Property & Casualty or Healthcare insurance claims management.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, wordings, and regional regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complex enquiries.
- Proficiency in insurance software and digital claims management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multicultural team.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CMI, ANZIIF) are highly regarded.
