We are currently seeking a dynamic and meticulous Senior Executive/Executive, Claims Services (Property & Casualty - Healthcare) to join our high-performing team.
In this pivotal role, you will manage the end-to-end claims lifecycle for a portfolio of Property & Casualty claims within the healthcare sector. This includes medical malpractice, healthcare facilities liability, and related professional indemnity. You will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations, interpreting complex policy wordings, assessing liabilities, and negotiating fair settlements. Your ability to balance customer empathy with rigorous risk management will be key to your success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process a full range of Property & Casualty claims, with a specific focus on Healthcare portfolios (e.g., Medical Malpractice, General Liability for Healthcare providers).
- Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate policy coverage, assess liability, and determine quantum of damages in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise and negotiate with policyholders, brokers, loss adjusters, solicitors, and third-party vendors to facilitate effective claim resolutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the claims lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed claims reports, analysis, and recommendations for management review and decision-making.
- Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate complex or high-severity claims to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of claims processes, digital workflows, and customer experience initiatives.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance to foster a high-performance culture.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any discipline, preferably in Law, Insurance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Property & Casualty claims handling within the general insurance industry. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Executive position.
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policy wordings, and the Singapore legal framework related to insurance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information, solve problems decisively, and make sound judgments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with digital claims management systems.
- Resilient, organized, and able to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Candidates with relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACII, ANZIIF) will be highly regarded.
