Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end processing of complex property and casualty claims in the healthcare sector
- Investigate claim details, assess liability, and determine appropriate settlement strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes
- Implement digital tools and process improvements to enhance claims efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Train and mentor junior claims professionals on best practices
- Generate detailed claim reports and documentation for audit purposes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field; professional insurance certifications (e.g., CIP, ACII) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property & casualty claims with healthcare specialization
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex medical and legal documentation
- Proven track record in claims investigation, settlement negotiation, and risk assessment
- Expert knowledge of Singapore insurance regulations and healthcare industry standards
- Advanced proficiency in claims management systems and data analytics tools
